Apple Higher Education (HE) Framework
Agreement reference: ITS6004 HW
The National Framework Agreement for Products Using Apple Native Operating Systems, Associated Accessories and Services is the destination for the supply, consultancy, and support of all things Apple – including peripherals and Apple software.
Through this framework, Higher Education institutions obtain quotations from trusted suppliers across a complete range of Apple product. Orders via the framework benefit from free standard delivery – whilst also ensuring value for money.
Appointed to the framework on November 1st, 2021, Sync are able provide a range of Apple Solutions to members institutions, and their staff and students. This includes: Mac, iPad, iPhone, charging carts, docking stations, accessories, cables, software, support and training services, finance, and additional warranty and insurance cover.
CPC – ICT Hardware and Peripheral Equipment
Lot 4 – Apple Solutions | DfE Recommended
CPC’s ICT framework is for the supply and delivery of ICT hardware, peripherals and support services. You can get quotes from trusted suppliers across a complete range of new IT equipment and accessories from each of the five dedicated lots. Refurbished and remanufactured equipment is also available. Orders via the framework benefit from free standard delivery.
Appointed to the CPC framework on Lot 4 – Apple Solutions, Sync provide a range of Apple Solutions through the framework, including: desktops (iMac), keyboards and mice (wired and wireless). Laptops (MacBook Pro and MacBook Air), screens, tablets (iPads), charging carts, docking stations, accessories and cables. We are also able to offer maintenance services and other relevant services including asset tagging, Mobile Device Management, training and support.
OCL – ICT Goods and Services Procurement Framework
Lot 3 – Apple Equipment
Sync (GBM) have been appointed to Lot 3 of the Oasis Community Learning (OCL) ICT Goods and Services Procurement Framework, which specifically focuses on the provision of Apple technology, including iPad, Mac, Apple TV and more. Through the framework, Sync have worked with OCL to deliver it’s ground-breaking Oasis Horizons project, through which it is deploying 30,000 iPad to teachers and students across its 52 schools.
Everything ICT – The ICT Procurement Framework
Includes Direct Award | DfE Recommended
Everything ICT is an ICT procurement framework for Education and Public Sector organisations. The framework was designed to saves organisations time and money on procurement. Originally set up to support schools, Multi-Academy Trusts and Local Authorities supporting schools – the success of the approach of the framework, has lead to it being extended to cover any Public Sector organisation including:
- 25 Ministerial Departments
- 20 Non ministerial departments
- 392 Government agencies and other public bodies
- 12 Public corporations
- 3 Devolved administrations
- 349 Councils
Denbighshire Schools ICT Network Framework
Sync have been appointed as an ICT provider on the Denbighshire Schools ICT Network Framework. The framework was designed to achieve value for money partnership working arrangements between Denbighshire schools, and approved and accredited ICT providers. The scope of the framework includes the supply and support of ICT infrastructure, hardware, and software.
Apple related products and services framework
Lot 5 – Higher Education, Lot 6 – Education and Further Education | Includes Direct Award
Sync have been appointed first place on the Apple Reseller framework for Apple related products and services. This includes the provision of Apple hardware and software, related products (including Mobile Device Management), financial services, and technical and consultancy services to Higher Education (through Lot 5), and to schools and Further Education (through Lot 6).
NTLT – Apple Solutions Procurement Contract
Sync have been appointed as an Apple Solutions provider for North Tyneside Learning Trust. Inline with the agreement, Sync are able to provide Apple hardware, software, and accessories, along with related products and services to schools in the North Tyneside Learning Trust. This includes iPad, Mac, Apple TV, Mobile Device Management, and training and technical services.
Harris – Apple Solutions Procurement Agreement
Single Supplier Agreement
Sync have been appointed as the sole Apple Solutions provider for the Harris Federation. Inline with the agreement, Sync are able to provide Apple hardware, software, and accessories, along with related products and services to schools in the Harris Federation. This includes iPad, Mac, Apple TV, Mobile Device Management, and training and technical services.

CPC’s Software Licenses & Associated Services for Academies and Schools framework is for the supply and delivery of software, and related support services. Appointed to the CPC framework on all lots – Sync are able to assist schools and academies with all of their software requirements, from vendors including: Microsoft, Adobe, Google, Apple, Jamf, Lightspeed, Trilby TV, Showbie and more.
This also includes different licencing models, such as Enterprise Education Subscriptions (EES), Open Value Subscription Agreements (OVS), Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) agreements, and Enterprise Term License Agreements (ETLA).
