your device before booking it in with us. Check out these steps for iPhone, Mac, iPad and Watch.

How to prepare your iPhone for Service

Before booking your iPhone in for repair, we ask that you take the following steps. First, ensure that you have backed your iPhone up – this helps to protect you against data loss. Next, we ask that you disable Apple’s ‘Find My’ security service from your device, and this can stop us from being able to process your repair.

Finally, pleased ensure that any accessories, including your SIM card and case are removed from your device. We do not need the box, charger, or any other accessories with your device.
